Inspector Notes
An unannounced focused inspection was conducted from 10:00am-10:40am. At the time of entrance, 65 children were in care with 8 staff members present. Children were observed playing in centers, coloring, making a fall picture frame, making a fall tree with paint and tissue paper, sitting at circle time and working on other art projects. The physical space and supervision of children were observed. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the violation notice.
