An unannounced inspection was conducted on 9/14/2023 in response to a self reported allegation received by the licensing office on 8/21/2023 relating to behavioral guidance.
Interviews were conducted with staff relating to the allegation and staff records were reviewed.
The information gathered during this investigation does not support the allegation.
