Inspector Notes

An unannounced complaint inspection was conducted on 12/14/2023 in response to a complaint that was received by the licensing office on 12/13/2023. The Pre-K B classroom (4 year old classroom) was observed, interviews were conducted with staff relating to the allegations of staff not mitigating physical violence from a student against other students, not properly monitoring and not documenting injuries. The information gathered during this investigation does not support the allegations, so the complaint is determined to be not valid.
