The center shall ensure that areas and equipment of the center, inside and outside,
are maintained in a clean, safe and operable condition.
In the Preschool 2 classroom, a small area under the cubbies was chipping approximately the size of a quarter.
On the playground, the wood border had one bolt protruding out on the far right side corner area. Another area of the wood border had detached from another piece of wood creating a pinching hazard. The wood border was deteriorating in some areas.
