Inspector Notes
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documentation review, and a virtual tour of the program.
A code compliance inspection was initiated on 12/10/2021 and concluded on 12/14/2021. The director was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 38 children present, ranging in ages from 7 weeks to 5 years old with five (5) staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, and medication. A total of 5 children?s records and 5 staff records were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable code sections. No violations were issued.
