An Unannounced Monitor Inspection was conducted on November 1, 2022 to inspect religiously exempt requirements. There were a total of 97 children ages 5 months to 9 years old and 18 staff present during the inspection. Licensing Inspector reviewed 8 children and 6 staff records.
