An unannounced (IROMT) Monitoring inspection was conducted initiated on September 27, 2023 and concluded on October 19, 2023. Upon arrival at 9:05 AM there were a total of 98 children under the care of 12 staff present. The Licensing Inspector reviewed 1 child record and 2 staff records, along with any requested program records submitted by the facility to determine if required documentation was complete.

There were no violations cited related to information submitted by the licensee of a report of an injury to a child while under the supervision of a center that requires outside medical treatment of a child in care.
