Inspector Notes

Licensing Inspector Anderson conducted an unannounced subsidy complaint inspection in response to allegations received by the licensing office on April 30, 2024, in the areas of supervision, parent notifications, neglect and emergencies. The investigation of the complaint was initiated on May 1, 2024. An on-site inspection was conducted with a partner agency on May 20, 2024. Findings were reviewed on June 10, 2024.

As the information gathered during the investigation does not support the allegations, the complaint is determined to be ?NOT VALID.?
