Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated on 09/23/2024 and completed on 10/01/2024, as a part of the provisional licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 10:20 am and ended at 12:15 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 78 children present and 17 staff. The inspector reviewed 8 children?s records on-site and 5 staff records on-site and electronically on 10/01/2024.
This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
