Inspector Notes

A monitoring inspection was initiated on 12/7/2022 and concluded on 12/7/2022. There were 19 children present with four staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of five child records and three staff records were reviewed. The inspection started at 9:35 am and concluded at 11:20 am.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
