Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on 12/4/25. The on-site inspection began at 9:15 am and ended at 11:00 am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 19 children present and 4 staff. The inspector reviewed four children?s records and three staff records on-site.
