8VAC20-790 Subsidy Regulations.
Inspector Notes
A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 5/16/2022 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 10:15am-12:00pm. There were 89 children (2-5yrs.) directly supervised by 14 staff. The physical plant, 3 staff records, 3 children?s records, medications, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed participating in group play, reading books and playing outside. There was an adequate supply of materials for the children. Both inspections combined cover subsidy health and safety regulations. Only subsidy regulations that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
