Inspector Notes
A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 10/16/2023 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today from 10:02am-12:10pm. There were 78 children (23months - 5 years) directly supervised by 15 staff. The physical plant, 5 staff records, 5 children?s records, medications, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed participating in group play, reading books, coloring and eating snack. There was an ample supply of materials for the children. There was an adequate number of staff with current certification in MAT, CPR and First Aid, as well as DHO training. Both inspections combined cover subsidy health and safety regulations. Only subsidy regulations that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
