Inspector Notes
An unannounced Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 4/3/2024 from 10:25am-12:40pm to review supplemental health and safety requirements. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements.
There were 74 children directly supervised by 14 staff in 7 classrooms, all in ratio. Children were engaged in various activities including table top blocks, science group, story time, coloring and drawing shapes and practicing numbers. There was an adequate number of staff with MAT, CPR and First Aid as well as DHO training.
Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found.
