Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews (if applicable) and a virtual tour of the program (if applicable).

A renewal inspection was conducted in person following all COVID protocol on January 21, 2022. There were 45 children present, ranging in ages from 2 to 5 years, with 10 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 2 child records and 2 staff records were reviewed.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Based on review of two staff records, two do not contain results of a sex offender registry check and results from a search of the child abuse and neglect registry from any state the individual has resided in the preceding five years. One record does not contain results of a criminal history record information check from any state the individual has resided in the preceding five years.
