Inspector Notes

A subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was conducted on 10/27/2022 from approximately 1:55 p.m. ? 5:00 p.m. There were 54 children present and 5 staff supervising. A total of 8 child records and 8 staff records were reviewed. A renewal inspection was also conducted. Both inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or laws. No violations were issued.
