An announced monitoring inspection was completed on 07/30/2025 in response to a self-report received by the licensing office relating to staffing and supervision. This inspection included document review, interviews, and observations.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Please complete the plan of correction (POC) and date to be corrected sections for each violation cited on the violation notice. Specify how the violation will be or has been corrected. When staff are supervising children, they shall always ensure their care, protection and guidance. On 07/11/2025 the center self-reported an incident that involved two campers engaging in inappropriate actions with each other. Based on interviews, document review, and observations, S1 and S2 failed to ensure the care, protection, and guidance of C1 and C2.
Plan of Correction: Training, reviewing of supervision training and processes have been reviewed and observed.
