Inspector Notes
An unannounced code compliance inspection was initiated on 10/24/2024 and concluded on 10/24/2024 from 11:55 AM to 12:45 PM. There were 27 children present, ranging in ages from three to four years old, with five staff. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, procedures, and medication. A total of five children?s records and five staff?s records were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
