Inspector Notes

A subsidy health and safety (SHSI) inspection was conducted on 9/23/22. There were 31 children present with 7 staff supervising. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover subsidy health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection. There were no children on site with food diagnosed allergies or medications. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Evidence: Staff # 1's health and safety training was completed on 7/21/21. It was completed annually in 2022.
Plan of Correction: The training will be completed and the licensing inspector will be notified.
