A complaint inspection was initiated and concluded on 12/7/23, in response to a complaint received by the department regarding allegations in the areas of nutrition, staffing and ratio. 4 staff members were interviewed, the menu, child supervision records and staff time sheets were reviewed. The evidence gathered during the investigation did not support the allegationsof non-compliance with standards or law.
