An investigation was initiated on 3/2/22 and concluded on 4/15/22 in regards to a complaint received by the department regarding allegations in the areas ratios, medication administration and diapering procedures. An on-site inspection was conducted on 4/14/22. Interviews with staff were completed and documentation related to the allegations were reviewed. Based on the information gathered during the investigation, there is not enough evidence to support the allegations; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. No violations were issued.
