An unannounced focused was completed on 09/27/2024 as part of the licensure period at the licensure period and at Department's request that the provider complete an IPOC as result of the last inspection related to 8VAC20-780-340-F. The on-site inspection began at 10:15am and ended at 11:15am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. This inspection included: document review, tour of the facility, interviews and observations. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued
