Inspector Notes
This monitoring inspection was initiated by licensing staff and concluded on 01/23/2024, between the hours of 9:30 am to 12:30 pm. There were 116 children present, ranging from infant to preschool-age, with 29 classroom staff supervising, across 10 separate rooms. The children were engaged in the following: learning, art, crafts, center play within the classroom, large motor activities in the gym, bathroom breaks, diaper changing, hand washing, naptime, the celebration activities in regards to Tu BiShvat, and other organized activities. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration; physical plant; staffing and supervision; programming; medication; special care and emergencies; and nutrition. A total of 12 children records, and 5 staff records were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined that there was not a violation to an applicable standard, code, and/or law. Therefore, a Violation Notice was not issued.
