Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted with the executive director beginning at 10:15 a.m. and ending at 1:30 p.m. There were 59 children in care, ages 8 months through 12 years old under the care and supervision of 13 staff. Infants were observed having outdoor play time on their playground. Toddlers, two year olds, preschoolers and school agers were observed having playtime on their playgrounds. Classrooms, supplies, and materials were observed.

Seven children's records and five staff records were reviewed. Six medications and authorizations were reviewed.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable laws or regulations. No violations were issued.
