Inspector Notes

An unannounced complaint investigation was initiated on 1/27/2023 at 2:15 p.m. and ended at 4:45 p.m. in response to a complaint received by the licensing office regarding care of children and supervision.

Staff interviews were conducted. Documentation was reviewed. The classroom was observed including the calm down area.

Based upon the preponderance of the evidence collected during the investigation, the complaint regarding care, protection and guidance and supervision was not substantiated and was not valid. No noncompliance with applicable standards was found.

An exit interview was conducted of 2/22/2023 with the program director and executive director.
