An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted with the executive director and office manager on May 22, 2024, beginning at 1:00 p.m. and ending at 3:00 p.m. There were 55 children, ages 5 months through 5 years old, in the care of 12 direct care staff. The children were observed during their resting period. Older children were observed playing with toys and doing art projects. Five children?s records were reviewed and in compliance. Four staff records were reviewed and in compliance. The first aid kit, flashlight, and battery-operated radio were observed and in compliance. The daily attendance and emergency drill log were reviewed. The most recent evacuation drill was documented as 4/7/2024. The most recent shelter-in-place drill was documented as 4/8/2024. The most recent lockdown drill was documented as 2/29/2024. The most recent health inspection was dated 12/5/2023. The most recent fire inspection was dated 4/15/2024.
