An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on December 19, 2025 and completed on January 7, 2026. The on-site inspection began at 10:24am and ended at 10:51 am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 49 children present and 10 staff. The inspector reviewed children's records on-site and staff records electronically on January 7, 2026.
This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
