Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 10:15am-11:45am. There were 41 children observed indoors and directly supervised by 14 staff. The physical plant, 7 staff records, 7 children?s records, medications, evacuation drills, injury reports, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed participating in group play, reading books, and playing outside. There was an assortment of age appropriate materials for the children in care. The center was clean and organized. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.

3Evidence:
In the Early Preschool classroom a 10 inch section of vinyl baseboard was observed to be missing next to the bathroom.
Evidence:
A spray bottle of bleach and water was observed unlocked, above a mirror in the Preschool classroom.
Evidence:
On the date of inspection medication foe Child 1 was present in the center. The current medication authorization form expired on 6/3/2022.
