Inspector Notes

A monitoring inspection was conducted today in response to a self reported incident regarding standard 8VAC20-780-410.

Staff and children's records, written statements, and video clips were reviewed. Three staff members were interviewed. No evidence was found to substantiate the concern. No violations were cited related to this self report.
