An unannounced inspection was initiated on 08/30/2024 and completed on 08/30/2024 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 07/31/2024 relating to allegations of non-compliance in the area of preventing the spread of disease. This inspection included:

*Document review of parent notifications;
*Tour of the facility;
*Interviews;
*Classroom observations.

The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
