Inspector Notes
An unannounced inspection was initiated on 05/08/2025 and completed on 05/08/2025 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 04/28/2025 and 05/06/2025 relating to allegations of noncompliance in the areas of care of children, behavior guidance, programming and nutrition. The inspector reviewed 1 child's record and 3 staff records on-site. This inspection included:
*Document Review
*Tour of the Facility
*Interviews
*Observations
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegations; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. Though not a part of the original complaint, violations that were not reported were found related to hand washing and sanitizing of tables and are documented on the violation notice issued to the facility.
Please complete the plan of correction (POC) and date to be corrected sections for each violation cited on the violation notice. Specify how the violation will be or has been corrected. Submit your POC within five (5) business days from today, which will be the close of business on 05/22/2025. A POC submitted after this date will not appear on the public website.
