Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today between the hours of 9:30am-12:30pm. There were a total of 260 children with 62 supervising staff members present. Children were observed during lunch time, finger painting, handwashing, engaged in group activities and outdoor play time. A selection of staff and children records, and other documents were reviewed. The physical space, emergency supplies, evacuation drills, attendance records, and the Emergency Preparedness Plan were reviewed. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the violation notice. 1. In the K-3 classroom, a bag belonging to a staff member was hung on a hook accessible to children.

1. In the Toddler classroom, one electrical outlet did not have a protective cover.

1. During the time of the inspection, staff was observed feeding an infant(6 months old)a bottle while the was laying on a boppy pillow on the floor.
