Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on 08/14/2024 and completed on 08/14/2024. The on-site inspection began at 10:00AM and ended at 12:30PM. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 213 children present and 65 staff. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 5 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review (i.e. Injury logs, policies and procedures, emergency drill logs, medication administration logs, authorization forms), a tour of the facility, interviews and observations. Today was the last day of Summer Camp. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
