Inspector Notes
An unannounced complaint inspection was initiated on August 8, 2025 and completed on August 21, 2025 with a local agency, in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on August 4, 2025 relating to allegations of physical abused. The inspector reviewed 1 children record and 4 staff records on site on August 8, 2025. This inspection included documentation review and interviews.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be NOT VALID. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
