Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site focused inspection was initiated and completed on 02/02/2026, as part of an Intensive Plan of Corrections (IPOC). The Department requested that the provider complete an IPOC as a result of the last inspection related to administration, and supervision. The on-site inspection began at 11:25am and ended at 3:25pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed about. No records were reviewed for children or staff during the inspection. Then inspection included document review, and interviews.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
