Inspector Notes
An unannounced inspection was initiated on 02/27/2025 and completed on 02/27/2025 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 01/08/2025 and 02/04/2025 relating to allegations of non-compliance in the area of care & protection of children. Additional complaints were received on 02/24/2025 relating to allegations of non-compliance in the areas of staff-to-child ratio, care & protection of children and preventing the spread of disease.
The inspector reviewed 1 child's record and 1 staff record on-site. This inspection included:
