An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted from 10:00 am - 12:15 pm. There were 100 children in care being supervised by 17 staff. The children were observed participating in circle-time activities and play outdoors. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of ten child records and eight staff records were reviewed.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. If you have questions regarding this inspection you may contact Sharon Allen at 540-272-2941 or sharon.allen@.doe.virginia.gov.
