Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted 8/11/2022 from 11:35am-1:15pm. There were 23 children (infants-5yrs.) supervised by 6 direct care staff. The physical plant, 3 staff records, 3 children?s records, evacuation drills, injury reports, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed participating in group play, playing outside, and eating lunch. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.
