Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 10/12/2023 from 1:00 pm- 2:15 pm. There were 35 children supervised by 6 direct care staff. The physical plant, 5 staff records, 5 children?s records, medications, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed playing outside. Hand-washing procedures were also observed. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.
