Inspector Notes
AMENDED
An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on 2/19/2025 and completed on 2/19/2025. The on-site inspection began at 10:45 am and ended at 12:35 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 62 children present, 7 staff, and 2 administrative staff. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records, and 5 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, a tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program
Please complete the plan of correction (POC) and date to be corrected sections for each violation cited on the violation notice. Specify how the violation will be or has been corrected. Submit your POC within five (5) business days from today, which will be the close of business on 2/27/2025. A POC submitted after this date will not appear on the public website.

During the inspection, In one of the 3-6 year old classrooms. There were 2 staff members and 23 children exceeding the required 1:10 ratio.

The center has a license that has an age range of 3 years to 12 years and 11 months. During the inspection, the center had 2 children present under the age of 3 years old. Both children have been enrolled in the center for over a month.
Child #4 has a documented food allergy noted on their physical examination form by a physician, however, there is no written care plan to include the food to which the child is allergic and the steps to be taken in the event of a suspected or confirmed allergic reaction.
