Inspector Notes
A renewal inspection was conducted on 9/8/2022. There were a total of 35 children with 6 staff members present. Children were observed during nap time and bottle feeding.. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 4 child records and 4 staff records were reviewed. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Staff A (date of hire 8/5/2021) did not have an out of state central registry check on file.
Evidence:
Staff C (date of hire 5/23/2022) had TB results dated 03/16/2022.

Evidence:
In the toddler room, two of the cots near the windows were touching at the top. The children were head to head. In the Prekindergarten room 4 of the cots along the wall leading outside were less than 12 inches.
Evidence:
Two of the cots occupied by children in the Prekindergarten classroom did not have bottom sheets.
