An unannounced, on-site Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection (SHSI) was initiated on August 20, 2024 and completed on August 20, 2024. The on-site inspection began at 10:30amand ended at 2 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the area listed above. There were 49 children present and 9 staff. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover subsidy health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection. The inspector reviewed 10 children?s records and 5 staff records on-site on August 20,2024. This inspection included: document review, tour of the facility, interviews, observations.
