During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above to include standards found out of compliance during the previous inspection. Unless otherwise noted as a violation within this inspection report, the provider was in compliance with the standards reviewed. Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on 4/9/2025 and completed on the same date, as a part of licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 14:44 and ended at 15:50. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 56 children present and 10 staff. The inspector reviewed 4 children?s records and 4 staff records on site. This inspection included, document review, tour of the facility, interviews and observations.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and a violation are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Violations

Standard 8VAC20-780-500-A
Children's hands shall be washed with soap and running water after toileting
and any contact with blood, feces, or urine.

A child was getting their diaper changed before snack and the child's hands were wiped with a wipe. Soap and water were accessible at the time of the diaper change.
Plan of Correction: Fixed during the inspection. We will train on handwashing again at our next staff meeting.
