Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted February 13,2024 approximately 2:45 pm to 3:30 pm. There were 41 children directly supervised by 8 staff. The physical plant, 4 staff records, 4 children?s records, and policies were inspected.
Children were observed resting, tummy time and indvidual play. Diapering and hand-washing procedures were also observed. There was an assortment of age appropriate materials for the children in care. There was an adequate number of staff with current certification in MAT, CPR and First Aid, as well as DHO training. Staff-to-child ratios were in compliance.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
