An unannounced, on-site code compliance inspection was initiated and completed on 10/9/2024. The on-site inspection began at 9:50 am and ended at 11:00 am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 103 children present with 18 staff. The inspector reviewed 10 children?s records and 10 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, interviews, and observations.
