Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 112:25 pm to 1:00 pm. There were 41 children directly supervised by 11 staff. The physical plant, 4 staff records, 3 children?s records, medications, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed participating in group play and eating snack. There was an assortment of age appropriate materials for the children in care. The center was clean and organized.
