Inspector Notes

An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on December 5, 2023 with the director beginning at 1:30 p.m. and ending at 3:45 p.m. There were 42 children ages 19 months through 4 years old under the supervision of 6 staff. Nap was observed. Classrooms, childcare areas and outdoor play areas including playgrounds were observed. Five children's records, six staff records and four board officer records were reviewed. Two medications and authorizations were reviewed.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
