Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 11/2/2022 and 11/16/2022. There were 52 children directly supervised by 13 staff. The physical plant, 6 staff records, 5 children?s records, medications, evacuation drills, injury reports, and emergency supplies were inspected. Children were observed eating lunch, listening to an audio book, and engaging in free play. Naptime was also observed. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.
