Inspector Notes

An unannounced non-mandated inspection was conducted today from 2:25-4pm. The physical plant, 2 staff records, 2 children?s records, medications, and evacuation drills were inspected. Children were observed during naptime and having snack. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.

Based on record review, 1 child record did not contain a written care plan to include instructions from a physician regarding the food to which the child is allergic and the steps to be taken in the event of a suspected or confirmed allergic reaction;
