An unannounced, on-site subsidy inspection was initiated on 9/18/2024 and completed on 09/18/2024. The on-site inspection began at 12:45pm and ended at 2:45pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were sixty children present and eleven staff.
The inspector reviewed five children?s records and three staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility,
interviews, and observations.
